Is training to be an auditor going to be decent training if it's with the local council instead of a company? - company auditor
The interview is that I offered my work of the Council, it shall be the training of an auditor. The work has been completed ACCA training, like any big companies, the private offering.
May be one of limited quality, but it is not really at the forefront of the industry? Should maintain a "Big Four" for example? Deloitte, PwC, etc.?

I would say you should walk the talk with the council to. I work for a firm of accountants and we can verify through my work. The internal audit that would have prompted a great experience, whether you want to remain in the examination. However, if you want to train like a General Accountant / Auditor, which would do better to seek a position in practice. From my experience, but it would be better for a slightly smaller businesses to do with their training. You get better support (training and studies) and in general the pressure on the company gives you (my friends together to Grant Thornton, for instance, was asked to) new positions in the absence of Fund trials.
When ends - remember all experience is good experience and you can always change jobs. They would be in a better position right now to apply 4 large and more likely to succeed.
